right now to be free of all dictates.

direction—set and maintain intentions of being, doing or getting
whatever you want.
8. Say “yes” more—expect
opportunities, then trust, welcome and embrace them.
9. Change is the
only constant—accept that nothing lasts for ever and move on.
10. People are weird;
love them for it—see the person behind anything that you find hard to understand.
11. You can’t change
the past—learn from the past, but don't live in it.
12. Fill your life
with happiness—fill your life with experiences; not with material possessions.
13. Be a rich monk—humility
and wealth are not incompatible.

it’s all good—expect, trust, welcome, and embrace polarities such as happiness
